Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from Solo Operator OS ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these terms. Solo Operator OS is a trade name operated by its founder, doing business as Solo Operator OS, based in Hartford County, Connecticut.

Products & Services

Solo Operator OS offers digital products including Notion templates, AI-powered web tools, and subscription-based platform access. All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

License & Use

When you purchase a digital product from Solo Operator OS, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased products with others
• Claim ownership or authorship of our templates or tools
• Use our products to create competing products for resale
• Remove any branding, attribution, or copyright notices

AI Tools

Our AI-powered tools use the Anthropic Claude API to generate content. Outputs are generated based on your inputs and are not reviewed by us before delivery. You are responsible for reviewing and using any AI-generated content appropriately. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated outputs for any particular purpose.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe or Gumroad. Solo Operator OS does not store or have access to your payment card information. Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Solo, Pro, Studio) renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Limitation of Liability

Solo Operator OS is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or tools. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hartford County, Connecticut.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

What We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Solo Operator OS:

• Email address (when you sign up or make a purchase)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe or Gumroad — we never see your card details)
• Tool usage data (inputs you provide to our AI tools to generate outputs)
• Basic analytics (page visits, general location by country — no personal tracking)

How We Use It

We use your information to:

• Deliver your purchased products and grant platform access
• Send transactional emails (receipts, access links, important updates)
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve our tools and products based on usage patterns

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal information to any third party
• We do not use third-party advertising networks or tracking pixels
• We do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your consent
• We do not store your payment card information — ever

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Gumroad — digital product delivery
• Anthropic — AI content generation via Claude API
• Netlify — website and tool hosting
• Supabase — user authentication and data storage

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at solooperatoros@proton.me.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at solooperatoros@proton.me.

Digital Products (Notion Templates)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Notion template purchases. If you're unsatisfied for any reason within 7 days of your purchase date, contact us at solooperatoros@proton.me and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Subscriptions (Solo, Pro, Studio Plans)

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and haven't used the platform extensively, contact us for a refund. Renewals after the first billing cycle are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

AI Tool Credits

Consumed AI tool credits (generations used) are non-refundable as the service has been rendered. If you experience a technical issue that prevented proper delivery, contact us and we'll resolve it.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at solooperatoros@proton.me with:

• Your name and email address used at purchase
• The product or plan you purchased
• Your order ID or receipt number
• Brief reason for the refund request

We process refunds within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Payment Processing

All payment data is handled by Stripe and Gumroad. Solo Operator OS never stores, sees, or has access to your credit card or banking information. Refunds are processed through the same platform you used to purchase.
